Custom Surveys
Clients often conduct primary research or A&U studies via mail surveys, response cards, on-line surveys, etc. The results of these surveys can be coded and integrated into a Spectra system. By doing so, the client can take action against the custom survey results and use in conjunction with other data sources for enhanced targeting and segmentation analysis.
Panel Matches
Use a panel match to cross client registered visitor information with the Homescan panel in order to evaluate the sales impact of registered visitors to determine “What are they worth”? Measurements are based on actual purchase behavior in order to quantify sales. Historically, clients have only been able to evaluate registered visitors via surfing or survey-based attributes.
