Nielsen’s innovative Spectra segmentation platforms use a combination of demographic, consumption, media, and attitudinal data to help our clients identify and profile consumers who represent the greatest opportunity for growth. Spectra platforms allow manufacturers and retailers to determine the best media and promotions for reaching the consumers segments and allows them to locate the consumer segments on the ground, in an account’s or store’s trade area, or in any other geographic location. Utlizing this information, manufacturers and retailers can then focus spending on the consumer segments with highest ROI potential.
