Prerequisites:
None

> Download Agenda

Overview:
The Introduction to Spectra systems Training Session is an "introductory" class for those individuals who are new to the Spectra systems, or for students who need a quick refresher on the basic operation and fundamentals. This course begins with an overview of Spectra systems data sources and methodology. Users will be taken through the basic tools used in Spectra systems and taught how to create and manipulate a report. Students will then focus attention on designing specific sales/merchandising strategies as they relate to various key accounts. This has been proven to build solid relationships with the trade while maximizing sales opportunities. With the exception of the initial overview, the training is hands-on and solution focused.

Since the format of the training class is a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises, we encourage students to bring any current business situations to the class.

Business Applications:
Students will learn the basics of Spectra as well as navigation through the system. An introductory overview of the reports and managers within the system is given. Students will learn keystroking and interpretation of data as they work through report generation and manipulation of key reports and learn how to analyze what drives their brand's consumers and how to effectively drive sales.
